How can I get refund.

Today I had got card statements it seems 401 outstanding amount ,but I haven't make any transaction on last month ,not get any transaction related mail or msg and I am tried to reach customer.care@***.com they are blocked my mail id and your IVR option not work card tranction related issue. If you have noticed any unauthorized transaction from your SBI account you can notify any unauthorized electronic transaction on toll-free numbers 1-80*-425-3800 and 1-800-11-2211 immediately.

According to the SBI Card help section, to unlock your account click the 'Unlock Account' link (that appears on the screen when your account gets locked) and follow these steps:
  • enter your SBI Credit Card number, CVV number, and date of birth;
  • a one time password should be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID;
  • this password should be valid for either 30 min. or one successful usage;
  • enter that password correctly to retrieve your user ID that has been registered on your account;
  • if you remember your password, continue to 'Log in' or 'Reset your password' to continue using your online account on sbicard.com.

According to the SBI Card faq page, to deactivate a card you should send a request to
SBI Cards and Payment Services Limited Unit 401 & 402, 04th Floor, Aggarwal Millennium Tower, E-1,2,3 Netaji Subhash Place New Delhi, New Delhi 110034 India

You may also ask the SBI Card agent to deactivate your card by phone at +91 124 4** **03.

According to Amazon refund policy the time for money to get to your account differs.
  • For credit card it is 3-5 business days,
  • for debit card up to 10 business days,
  • for checking account up to 10 business days.

According to the SBI Card support section, you can request a Credit Balance refund by calling +91 124 4** **03 or by submitting an email at sbicard.com/en/contact-us/personal.page#title. You will need to provide the following information:

  • beneficiary name in a bank account;
  • bank name;
  • SBI saving account number;
  • branch name and address;
  • IFSC code;
  • branch code;
  • complete registered residential address with pin code;
  • complete registered official address;
  • company name with pin code;
  • DOB/mother’s maiden name;
  • registered mobile number.

According to the SBI Card faq section, the company offers the following credit card statements:
  • E-Statement;
  • Physical Statement;
  • Online statement.

To download last 24 months’ statement in PDF format, please follow these steps:
  • login to sbicard.com using the User ID and password;
  • click on 'View Statement' at the center;
  • select the statement date of the required month from the list of archived statements;
  • click on 'Download'.

The e-statement should be delivered to your registered email id within 3 calendar days from the date of generation. If you do not see the e-statement please verify your junk/spam folder.
You may also check if the email id provided by you is correct on the SBI Card records. You can do so by logging onto sbicard.com 'Your Profile' section and clicking on 'Quick Contacts' on the left menu to check the email ID registered with SBI Card.
